I'm a farm kid from the heart of the Willamette Valley in Oregon - my ancestors arrived here in a covered wagon. Being in the country I bonded with the farm animals and learned to love the land. 4-H projects (dog, horse, cooking, sewing, sheep, dairy, photography, flowers and vegetables) along with pony and horse shows occupied my free time in younger years. I started running my dog in agility back in the days when few people had heard about the sport. Now I participate in Canine Musical Freestyle and K9 Dressage which are relatively new dog sports that are just now becoming known to the general public. My favorite photo subjects are dogs and travel.
